Horrible staff. Went to the shop to buy winter shoes. While I was trying a pair of shoes a customer service lady came to me and asked me very rudely "is it yours?".i didn't know what she was talking about but she repeated it again very rudely that's when I looked she was pointing at a cup of coffee sitting on a shoe shelf asking me if I've placed it there. I asked her why she's asking me this, did she see me putting it there. At this she replied that she had the right to ask me. I was surprised at her rude and arrogant behaviour. i wasn't asked if I need any help around the store. Will never visit shoe warehouse again at top Ryde shopping centre. Worst customer service.
