Took back 2 pairs of glasses that were less Than a year old.I lost the lens that had dropped out of one pair because they were hanging around my neck .The junior I dealt with tried to claim that this Happens occasionally and is normal and wanted to charge me $54 where as the glasses only cost $39 she obviously needs more SH IT (special high intensive training) Got the same BS from the supervisor and we eventually agreed that I would pay for replacement of 1 pair and they would replace the lens in the other pair for free

Customer of many years, unexplained delays, not the usual prompt efficient service and attitude that I have come to take for granted
