Regular customer but no more. Sick of the rudeness from the Indian manager of the store & another lady who serves there. Very rude, dismissive & very unfriendly towards customers. Two ladies are very good there but the male manager has no idea how to offer good customer service. Got my order wrong despite asking & me telling him 3 times what type of chicken sausages I wanted. Also an issue with charging for a plastic bag of the order is under $10. I spent $25+ yet he sarcastically asked me if I needed a bag (while he held up my order which was 5 bags of various chicken pieces etc). Also I asked for 1/2 kg of various chicken pieces but on both occasions he measured 580 grams. My order was did a recipe so I asked fir 1/2 kg for a reason. When I said what he had was too much he was very reluctant on both occasions to remove some chicken to get it back to what I originally asked for ie 1/2 kg. I wonder if it would be ok by him if I only paid him 10% difference to the cost. Needs to seriously take a good look at his attitude towards customers.seems more suited to getting back in the kitchen & preparing the chicken rather than being out serving customers. If I could select 1 star that would be 1 star too high. Off to Blacktown chicken shops at Westpoint to spend my $100/wk budget on chicken. They even smile there !
