-1 I am glad you don't have a rating scale to use as I can give you a minus. Took my granddaughter to Moes&Co whom was packed a out and recommended this salon. My granddaughter had thick long hair down to her waist. WE HAD A PICTURE OF THE STYLE. We asked how much it would cost to have it cut and restyled and was told $50. The person who told us this was the one who cut her hair. As my granddaughter is 14 this was school age rate. When it was her turn to be attended too the person washed my granddaughters hair sat her down and said it would cost another 10 for the service costing $60. As her hair was wet and she was excited to have it cut I had no choice. I dont think her hair had grown or got thicker during the shampoo or excess wait due to the girls talking away and having only 2 customers. the cut also didn't look anything like the picture. It's not the money but principle and behaviour that is crap. My granddaughter is from Sydney and as a teenager said she couldn't believe how bad the service is down here. unfortunately I agree.
