What I asked for originally layers styled around my face, fringe cut to my cheeks and ends neatened wasn't really done but it was hard to see my layers as she wet my hair. I rang up and asked for it to be fixed after 2 people told me you couldn't tell my hair had even be cut. On the second appointment 2 days later it took 8mins to trim my layers and cut my fringe (which was below my chin even though I pointed to my cheek as the length I wanted the 1st time) and I was charged full price again. What the? The 1st lady that cut my hair had just finished a 4hr appointment and told me she was overdue for lunch and a ciggy maybe this is why it wasn't done properly. But 2 8min haircuts 2days apart and I was charged full price again that's pretty bad
