I bought a black onyx ring from the castle hill store for Christmas. Wore it once and the stone fell out. Took it back the next day and the sales person didn't even apologise. Would not give me a refund on the spot said refunds had to go thru head office and it could take 2 weeks. agreed to give me a credit voucher. Will go back and use that but because of the sales person's attitude and the policies of the store will not be buying anything from them again. Highly recommend buying from tree of life instead same sort of stuff better quality and great service.
