I have in the past have had excellent experience with Camper shoes. Unfortunately, I have had a fail with them, on my last purchase, which was June this year. These Camper Peu Touring, only 3-months old, has cracks on the soles and the heel on the soles is severely deteriorating. I have been trying to deal with this matter directly with Camper Customer Care (and Quality Department), and they have come back stating that the shoes have no manufacturing problems. How can a 3-month old pair of shoes, that you pay decent money on, do this? VERY poor experience, and they should right this. But in the meantime, letting people know my experience, and to be cautious in dealing with Camper for after sales support. Regards, James
