Hardy tried hard to fix my difficult phone problem over a period of hours but to no avail. l paid him for his time and thanks for his efforts. The following day, I passed by Tech World again to ask a few more questions about recovering data and noticed a different technition, Isaak who not only answered my questions but looked at my phone again and after trying various starting techniques and cleaning the motherboard he was able to restart my phone (and saved my life!!). Isaak was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and patient with a dinosaur (me!). Consequently, I have a very high regard of Tech World's talented technitions and will always use them when in need of a repair. Thank you guys for your incredibly courteous and gifted service. You have my absolute confidence and recommendation for anyone who needs reliability at a fair price.
