This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to!! The staff are soo rude and aggressive. If you ask them to fix the slightest thing they become so defensive and immediately complain to their manager who lashes out at you instantly. I walked in today to get my eyebrows and nails done. Firstly, while they were doing my eyebrows the lady used her nails to take the wax off when she had a whole box of proper stripes next to her. Then I told her I feel like the top of my eyebrows are not cleaned and she started to tell me that that is the perfect shape for you and if I do more it will not match your face. Mind you, she previously did them for me the way I liked it before. But today, it was as if they weren't touched. I waited for around 15 min to see the effect after my eyebrows calm down and told her I'm still not happy with them. She then yelled from the counter to her manger (in front of all those customers) complaining about me. The manger yelled at me and said "Today I give them for you for free but next time dont come back". I told her "oh, I will never come back". This is the second time this manger has been very aggressive and rude with me. Lesson learnt. I will never be back and encourage others to stay clear of them. Their mannerism and attitude is appauling.
