My husband bought an expensive bouquet from.here on saturday by weds the lilys hadn't opened they went brown, they other flowers went mouldy & lost their colour. I called them they said come in & have them replaced no worries. When I went in, the lady wouldn't let me replace them...Id taken photos of the flowers, cleary you could see they were rubbish. Wouldn't waste the money again. Super disappointing, I've never had a problem with flowers anywhere else before.
