Help by man on check in was virtually non existence. He did help by unlocking phone, but would not show me how it was done, for future. Asked if they could transder data from iphone to Telstra android. He said no because iphone is Apple, and it would be very expensive for someone to do it. WRONG. When I got home I set up phone and it was done in about 30 seconds, not happy with service at all. Have been given false information on many occasions from this store.
