Amelia was rude and unhelpful when I explained that I purchased an item that isn't compatible with my phone. The sign that stated there were no refunds or exchanges for my item was completely covered with 3 replacement phone screens and an iPhone 11 replacement camera so it was not visible to customers. This is unacceptable. The item was still in resellable condition due to being unused (stated in the sign). I asked for a manager but was given a card and told to come back the next day so I asked for the name of the manager (Lisa). I will not be visiting Caseway again and will be telling my friends and family about this negative experience.
