Specsavers Wetherill Park, went in for an eye check and found them very polite and professional, when it came to picking up my glasses the first time they completely got me prescription wrong for both sets of glasses (the lady was lovely) they then sent them back to put the correct lenses in the frames which were ready two weeks later which were again wrong. When I asked why did they get them wrong again they told me it was my prescription that was wrong that I got done somewhere else, they couldn't read their own screen properly and told me that I would need to come back another time to get it soughted out. I mad an appointment which they kept me waiting for almost half an hour (what Is the point of appointments). I recieved a refund In short I would never go back to Specsavers and will now go to OPSM for my optical needs.
