The staff present themselves in a friendly manner and very professional, I have gone to this hairdresser for the past year and have encountered no problems whatsoever due to Jake always cutting my hair to perfection easily the best staff by far (No longer works there) . However, Recent visit I was cut by a bloke assumably in his thirties who asked what I wanted I told him and reminded him throughout the cut only to be responded with "I've been doing this for 16 years I think I know what I'm doing", to this I only respond to is; You don't. Despite cutting my hair to the length I asked he did so in a sloppy manner completely ruining the flow on the sides of my hair, Cutting the sides using a brush and the clippers which "removed the bulk" But completely ruined the layering from past visits.
