I waited at the Deli and when the young lady started to serve she asked a man who had just walked up to the counter. Very frustrating. Then another server came over and said I’ll look after you. I asked for two slices of roast pork. When I got home I found I have two slices of silverside. I can’t drive back there for just two slices of meat. I decided to phone the store just to let them know. Well, the lady listened and apologised, but that’s it. She didn’t take my details or anything. Therefore no follow up, just expect slack service from this store I guess.

I stood for 20 mins in a queue for 1 kg prawns Christmas Eve morning, only two people serving at first. I have a bad back and am not supposed to stand too long so obviously I suffered later. It wasn’t COVID safe either with people having to reach betwee the queue to reach milk, juices etc.
