Won’t be going back. Was charged $70 for short solid colour coffin nails. My nails are all different shapes. The staff member was filing them all on an angle which resulted in my thumb nail being overly filed on one side and not filed enough on the other side. If you’re going to charge someone $70, atleast do it right. I asked her to fix it, which she did but it resulted in it being way narrower than what I wanted. Brownie points for their colours though.

terrible experience the guy who started my nails hurt me so much I had to ask him to stop instead of apologising he stomped off and started talking about me The lady who then took over was no better My nails were different shapes And then she added another $10 on the price as she said my nails were long They really aren’t I could hear other customers around me complaining the whole time This has to be the worst nail salon on the Gold Coast

Had a pedicure today - it was the worst I have ever had in my life - can't even cut nails - am having another pedicure elsewhere to correct the terrible work done.

No we will never go there again!!!! We went there Saturday afternoon where an argument started between a customer & staff of Pansy's The staff were Very arrogant & Rude to say the least 2 other customers walked out of the shop The customer was very polite never raised her voice just told them to call whoever they liked as she had been told a certain amount for nails to be done (which she discussed with her husband before saying that $120 was ok Then she was told it would cost her $20 more She politely said no she was not going to pay extra but was willing to pay for what she had already had done But NO the staff made everyone uncomfortable with their raised voices arrogant ways in the shop They have lost at least 3 customers who were there plus the friends we have told All for $5 Make sure before you sit down check the cost I am so proud of the lady in the in which she handled her self (I don't know her) but to the staff of Pansy's I'd say your manner to your customer/s was & Apalling!!! You Don't deserve a 0 let alone give you a one

Will never return, pretty disappointed in the disrespectful attitude I received from the manager in this salon. It’s a real shame as iv noticed how quiet they are, and now I can see why. When you pay for a service, you expect to walk out with a clean tidy job. Unfortunately on the day I did not have the time to sit around any longer and walked out with the worst job. I have returned to the salon to speak to them about it to be spoken to like a piece of shit. I will never return! I’d give 0 if I could.
