I purchased 2 Gel protectors for my husband & myself’s phone, she put them on while not uttering one word to me. I paid $30 each for them & when I got home I noticed that there was a line across the screen in them on both phones so I took them back to have them fixed or a refund. SHE laughed at me & said that it was commonsense that I knew it would be like that. SHE DID NOT TELL me at all that this would leave a line on the screen. I demanded my money back & she laughed even harder. Security was called as I was yelling at this point. All they could do was to tell me to lodge a complaint to Centre Management & Office of Fair Trading which I have.
