Refused to give a refund instead of a store credit despite the Warrenties and Refunds consumer guide 2011 clearly stating that "A consumer is generally entitled to receive any refund in the form of their original payment." And "it is misleading for a seller to insist that refund be issued as a store credit." The manager flatout refused to give a refund even when consumer law was told to them. Blatantly ignoring consumer law. DO NOT SHOP HERE
