The worst customer service EVER!!!!! Buyers beware!!!! We visited the store to purchase a suitcase and other things for my family member for an upcoming interstate trip. I was greeted by a staff member who kept coughing in my face and on everything in the store. I felt VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! The other staff member couldn’t answer any questions or show where certain items were located within the store. Big 0 from us for customer service !!!!! NEVER AGAIN we will be shopping at strand bags!
