I am a support worker who mainly works with children and young adults on the spectrum, on one of my shifts my client left his bag in the food court and it was stolen, my client was very agitated as he had belongings in his bag that act a security blanket for him, the police were able to track down the culprit and return my client's bag to him. The customer service staff were very professional and understanding and took significant time out of their day to help comfort and de-escalate my agitated client. I was really impressed how the team cooperated together from the security staff, customer service staff and police to assist my client is their time of need.

This shopping centre needs a decent play area!!! No where to rest and let the kids have a play.
