I went to the bank 9.30 Monday,there was a queue of about 10 people which were mainly older retired people. There was 1 teller open with 2 bank workers trying to get these people to use the ATM, Don't you think it would better to have 2 tellers open, I complained to one of staff and she went to get the manage, but was told I had to make a appointment and wouldn't be seen for 30 minutes. When I left the bank there was still about 10 people in line.Where is the customer service gone. Also 3 people came up to me and said I was wright to say there is no CUSTOMER SERVICV
