It depends very much, who you deal with in this shop. Some people are really nice. Today however I had a very bad experience. When lined up to pay after an elderly woman with her walker, a guy pushed in from behind the women, handing a bottle to the counter reaching over her. I was surprised that the man serving at the counter did not say anything and went along with this poor behaviour, which I found very rude. When the man left, I asked the guy at the counter, if he thought that was OK. He did not find anything wrong with what had happened, but found my question rude (???). He then even said, if I don't like it, I do not need to buy anything. I left the goods with him at the counter and left. I think staff like that is damaging the business. I sure will not buy there while this man works there. I guess, if you want to shop there depends on what you are ok to take up with.
