I would like to praise Crayden a customer consultant at Telstra Kawana who dealt with me - an 86 year old - not too computer savvy. He explained everything to upgrade my internet. Came home - plugged it in - and it is perfect. Thank you so much Crayden - the risky thought became an easy walk because of dealing with such a knowlegable, professional young lad. Thanks again Crayden.
