Absolutely no privacy. Will ask you why you are having a particular test done in front of others in waiting room. Ask if it’s because you take certain medications. Put the phone on speaker in front of everyone and discuss your tests & medications. Then the old lady grabs you and yanks your arm to pull you to go behind the counter. Assault and breach of privacy complaints lodged. No action by management.
