Service has all but gone, branches closed down so longer queues at those that are still open, telephone banking you can wait up to an hour to get an operator, ATM deposits are fraught with problems, the one at Burleigh Waters constantly not working. If ATM makes an error with a deposit it can take up to 30 days to rectify, leaving customer out of pocket in the meantime, staff are apologetic but there seems to be no channel where a complaint can be made with feed back and an apology from ANZ, feel sorry for the frontline staff, they have to face disgruntled customers all the time.

Services to the public have declined hugely, always have to queue up and wait, atm outside bank constantly malfunctions, very in convenient, customers just kept waiting on phone and instore
