Appalling service!! The clinic was meant to open at 730. There were approximately 6 patients waiting outside for over half an hour and nobody arrived to open in that time. In a care industry I would think adhering to advertised hours would be a given. Never going back!!!

The girl in this treetops QML is incredibly rude and bothered by anyone that turns up with a pathology form for a blood test. Her manner is condescending, she answers any questions in a sarcastic manner and just wants to knock off and go home obviously. Get another career if you’re burnt out in your 20s there’s no hope!

Unbelievable-waited over 2 hours for a simple blood test.Many unhappy clients waiting all agreeing the wait time was ridiculous. Either get more staff or staff that can work efficentley with speed.
