Most disgusting customer service by the owner - extremely rude and unprofessional to put into words - I'm very surprised she is still in business. Not only is the behaviour of owner unpleasant but the experience of browsing in that shop is too - too cramped, cluttered and feeling claustrophobic.

Just got a tacky dress for $130, I'm not sure I can return it but will try. The lady tried to sell me dresses that were broken. (this store is too overpriced for a DFO)

Extremely rude sales person, extremely poor quality dress where painted flowers on garment washed out in my hands while following washing instructions. And over priced for the cheap quality. The sales woman (dumpy old lady with orange hair and American accent) refused to refund or give store credit or even look at the garment and instead claimed I was lying and didn't follow washing instructions. I'm hoping consumer affairs can assist as this is day light robbery and very wrong. $120 dress that could only be worn once due to rubbish quality. Also, this shop is for sale. I hope purchasers are very careful as they will be taking on her very bad reputation. Obviously well known for experiences like mine.

My grandmother is in a wheelchair (and is 99 years old). We went to go look through the shop and was told by the owner that my grandmother would have to wait outside while I was in the shop and that her wheelchair was not welcome. She was rude and we promptly left. I will never go back or recommend this shop to anyone. Such a terrible experience.

I went to viola in DFO today to look at bridesmaids dresses but was told no prams allowed in the store as they affect the senses, yeah right! I’m shocked!!!!

Do not shop here lady is very rude trying to sell dresses that are fulling apart and says it's ment to look like that kicked me out of the shop as I was trying to explain the dress needs to be fixed DON'T SHOP HERE RUDE

Rude, rude, rude is the best way to describe the service at this shop. Will never buy from this horrible woman who wants to charge $50 deposit for trying on more than 2 dresses. And from all the comments on facebook at the moment she is rude to most of her customers. ( I am trying to click a 1 star rating and only 5 star is appearing)

Owner is rude, she doesn't allow people above size 12 to try on clothing... don't Ben fooled by her high star rating elsewhere, her sons fb contacts are the "5 star" reviewers.

Worse service I have ever seen... the owner served us and told a whole bridal that they could not try on the dress and further preceded to call everyone fat. Every time we found a dress we wanted to try on she would grab it from our hands. Wish there was a worse rating the 0
