I went to angel brows smithfield today, there was one Indian origin lady. Did my eyebrow with her. Paid $20. Within 2 minutes, i was already outside. She did the worst job, my whole eyebrow’s shape is changed, she removed almost all my eyebrow from right side and upon asking she keeps on saying it looks no change. Very bad customer service, she should not be working. She was trying to do very quickly as she was very eager to check her phone text. I used to go there often but used to be done by different staff which used to be good. Experienced very bad service today, changed my whole eyebrow shape, will never ever go back there.
