Disgusted in the sales assistant standing out the front of the store talking on her mobile phone while we were browsing inside the store. Some of the conversation I overheard was the shop assistant saying that she had 5 fckn people yell at her that day and she was going to quit her job and start a fans only page. What an embarrassment to the store. We were totally ignored as she was totally engrossed in her phone conversation. About 10mins later we walked past the store and door was pulled across with no sign of the shop assistant. This was about 345pm. I think as a newish branch of your store this behaviour is both unprofessional and damaging to business.
