There was a lot of attitude from the man cutting the hair. It was almost like he did not want to be there. He told the person before me that he was not going to cut a child's hair. Then after waiting 20 mins he said he did not want to cut my hair because I had product in my hair. I have never had this issue before any where else and nor did I use excessive amounts of product. Poor service - I will not be returning.

Poor attitude, poor service! I know it is hard to cut a 4y.o's hair as they are moving around and it is dangerous. But you can explained to the client/parent why you may not be able to cut the child hair again instead of just bluntly said: 'we wont take him again!!!!'
