First visit, asked did they have soft backings for ear rings. Staff member didn't acknowledge me just pulled out a draw to look. I said a jeweller mentioned you may have them, this girl stood up and said, why would you ask a jeweller they don't work here, and handed me a small container, then walked away. Such a rude person. I then asked the other young staff member a question, then back she comes And says what does she want? No we don't have any and walks away again. I asked is she the manager, no she's not! no name badge on, but as I was there around 9.15 on the 7th there's no reason for such a lack of politeness.
