Went into Westfield store yesterday to get some jeans,walked in wasn’t acknowledged at all girl standing behind counter,went to look at jeans still no assistance from staff,grabbed a pair of what I thought would work for me,didn’t fit,another staff member comes out from change rooms,customers in store,2 staff members more engrossed in their conversation store now has 3 or more people in,still no acknowledgement from the staff or offer to help,put jeans back in pile and left store,walked right past one of your staff putting stock on racks and ignoring customers,well done.
