Hervey Bay Telstra, what else can you say, rude, incompetent, Floor Manager Casey refused to help, they stuffed my wife's phone, she spent on the 4th visit 1.5 hours and said it would get her number back which it didn't 3 days later, all we wanted to do was go on a plan from Prepaid, what a pack of clowns, the store does not want your business, best to go else where, also I am a Telstra Shareholder so not impressed, Roger Waring does not care what happens in that store, appaling.

Worst Store ever. Thanks to your poor service you have just lost a loyal customer that has been with Telstra for over 20 years. Waited in line for concierge to come to the front for 10- 15 min with two other people. Then told them that I needed a phone immediately. My boss form work let me take time off to do this. Then got told of her that the store closes in 18 min and will not be able to do up contract in time. I work in sales and if I was to do that to a customer I would be sacked and so should the concierge be for doing it to me. So went to Optus got great service bought what I wanted with no hassle. After 2 dealings with this store and getting treated this way Telstra has now lost all my business thanks to the worst service I have ever received. warning to everyone stay away from this store they don't deserve to be in business.
