Bad service. We had a notification directly from OPTUS that our delivery arrived at INLALA OPTUS and we had to pick it up by 3:30pm on that day. We arrived but the service did not help AT ALL. The guy serving ignored our request and served others while we waited for an hour for him to say it's not here. But it was he clearly gave it to someone else and didn't check for WHO the IPAD was for.. We are appalled for this behaviour because now he says he doesn't know when it will arrive when it was very clear he gave it to another customer when we had OPTUS official delivery notification.
