Hot chocolate and carrot cake ordered, carrot cake never arrived, yet the elements had order had been reiterated at the time of ordering. when queried wait staff said'its on its way' with out checking. other guest had completed their drinks still no carrot cake arrived. it had been left off of the order. Yes the order tasker was identified as being hearing impaired so so care had been taken to reiterate the order. The response received was rude and brusque, hearing impaired or not. Bad service, is in fact bad service. Being from Tasmania, luckily its unlikely we will need to tolerate such rudeness again, Cheeras David
