I attempted to call the store to ensure my package was ready for collection each time. Each time I called the phone was picked up and hung up. Before being served, I overheard a lady being told - who didn't have her ID to collect her parcel - if you keep yapping like this, next time no parcel. He then complained about this customer to the next customer being served. I approached the man behind the counter showed him the parcel ID and then provided him with photo ID. He said it is out the back, I can't get it for you, come back tomorrow. I then raised with him that it was medication I required today. He said its out the back. I turned to the other employee and asked him if he was comfortable with my medicine being available for pick up and not being provided to me, and he just shrugged. I then called customer support, and confirmed my package was ready for pick up. My understanding is that customer support attempted to contact the store but was unable to resolve the situation with the staff in-store also. I have escalated my concern and am waiting for a resolution.
