Hi. I just wanted to thank Steve for helping me with my purchase of an LG bottom mounted fridge -freezer. He was very knowledgeable and gave extra time to all the questions I had, organised a very quick delivery and made the whole purchase a very positive experience. As an extra point, I nearly bought a different fridge from another Harvey Norman store in Brisbane earlier that day, but the salesman’s attitude was a bit disinterested and cold. He did know his products, but it just goes to show that warmth and friendliness go a long way. Many thanks, Steve. Also a shout-out to delivery guys, Jacob and Liam. Lovely young men who helped me move my old fridge and were again, warm and friendly. Keep all those men around Harvey Normal managers; they represent your company and great customer service very well. Cheers.
