Up and left Logan hyperdome without informing customer before hand. Friends work is still not completed. Owner have moved to Coomera square and changed name to avoid being doggy do not trust new shop. Owner is very doggy think he goes by G

Worst customer service and incompetent management! Handover over a print in early November and agreed on a price. The manager rang a few days before Christmas asking if I wanted it in time for Christmas to which I responded that I did. He said he’d ring when it was ready. Fast forward to early January, went into the shop as still hadn’t heard from them and was told by staff member that he’d have the manager call me back. No phone call. End of February visited the shop again, same story. April visited the shop and demanded print back and was told that it had been completed but quoted price had changed and it was at a different location. I rang the manager who said it hadn’t been completed and the job was worth at least triple what was quoted but for customer good will we could have it done for original quoted price and it would take 2 weeks (we could have it for free if not done in that time period). We agreed to this, however the next afternoon we got a message from the staff member in store to say that our unframed print was ready to be picked up but they couldn’t do it at the cost agreed upon. Absolutely ridiculous so-called business.

Ordered and paid for framing of a print more than 4 months ago and have been chasing it ever since.It was to be for a wedding present.Not once did the owner ring me to let me know why it wasn't being done, and he wasn't there each time I visited and left messages. We finally tracked him down and had a confrontation in front of customers, threats of legal action etc. We have our money now but if you're thinking of buying from this shop, I wouldn't - not worth the angst (disgraceful customer service).

Wanted to but a print, sign on shop said "be back in 10minutes, waited nearly an hour, ring and got person who said she would contact person who was working that day, waited but no sign of anyone. So very disappointing, really wanted the print but that was an hour of my life wasted that I won't get back. Rung same person today to see if print was still there, but she didn't know that artist I was talking about. So much for knowledge. So many people wanted to go into shop, lost a few sales I'd bet.
