This morning I visited the Hyperdome for the purpose of having coffee, a bit of shopping and attending a meeting. I don't visit overly often and when I went to find my car after the meeting, I circumnavigated the shopping centre a couple of times and could not find it. Centre Management and Security were called and a most professional and courteous security officer met me and escorted me around the carparks at the Hyperdome and the car was located without any fuss. He came with me to look for the car - was professional - friendly, professional and I just want to express my thanks to him and to the Centre for this service provided. Thank you so much - the rest of my day went by without a hitch and I didn't have to hitch-hike back to the Redlands! Thank you so much : - Lorraine
