This store is a disgrace! After being ripped of $1500 for a tv during a 3hr wait with non existent sales service we discovered the full extended warranty is actually useless at this store if you actually want to claim a fault. 3 weeks into claim, 5 hrs at store (after pre-approval by tv brand!)and explaining to 6 different staff members the issue( which mind you was all in the email they had on file as or-approved replacement from manufacturer) and being treated like crazy complete jerks. An aggressive and rude young manager denied claim due to his own personal assessment. Apart from the disgraceful service and attitude it is obvious to me that this is not a company or store I or anyone who likes any kind of value or service wants to enter at any point in there lives. Oh yeah, we now have no TV...or credit, try explaining all that to your kids!
