Received Gigi Diffuser Xmas day. One of the rubber feet was missing. Could not use as was unstable. Returned to swap on 2/2 only to be told I’d have to pay the difference as it was purchased on a discounted rate. I queried this & advised that it was their issue as item was faulty. It was a gift but I managed to get docket of my friend. It was purchased in good faith & given it was faulty it should be replaced in good faith. I then had to wait 1/2hour for manager to get to store as she said I will just replace the rubber. I’m not blaming the staff member, she was lovely but the way I was treated for an item that was ‘faulty’ was very poor service. I will continue to buy from dusk but not this store as they treat you like you’d done something wrong & should be penalised for it.
