Went to the Vodafone store to order a new device, when I got my new bill I noticed another device I never ordered. The online team told me that the device was ordered on the same day I went to the store. Had to go to the police as this was identity theft. Be very careful with these guys. I have been with Vodafone for around 15 years now and this is the first time this has ever happened. In short never order over the counter. Always do this online or over the phone with customer care.

It is disappointing that the phone number for Vodafone is not published anywhere.
