I use the demand response cab service and at this shopping centre there is no seats for us to sit and wait for these cabs. The other seats are a fair way for old people like me to wait and then walk to demand response cabs.

Security are hopeless. I was parked up at the shops, an angry man parked up next to me and started swearing and yelling really loud. I asked what he was yelling about and then in return I was abused and attacked by him throwing coins at my car in front of large islander female security . Who did nothing but tell me to shut my mouth when I asked him what his problem was. The security didn’t follow protocol, I was not separated or asked to move neither was he, I left on my own accord because it was a dangerous situation which wasn’t being professionally dealt with. I came back to get his number plate to file a police report and the security then asked me to leave and asked if I “wanted to go her” and started chasing after my car out the parking lot. I wasn’t asked for my statement or given my basic human rights to form a complaint. I’m very dissatisfied with this security lady, if you want to go out to the shops and have effective protection when you need it , don’t go to Marsden shopping center because they don’t protect , they seem to encourage the attacking …
