Very rude, disrespectful staff who were asked if they wanted me to collect my coffee as I was sitting outside. Was told no, but then failed to bring the coffee, apologise when told this was not okay and roll their eyes at me on disrespect. I then stood at the counter waiting to talk to the manager for ten minutes and was totally ignored.
