Surprised with the aggressive approach for parking in there pickup bay for a few seconds, a simple “could you please move to a different spot “ would have been met with a “ sure no problem “ but not the Indian lady staff member she was all aggressive and escalating the situation to an hostile one, there are plenty of nice staff there but she is not one of them.

Hard to get an answer when you phone. I tend to call Coles now if I need assistance or have a query with something.

Why isn’t anyone answer the phone? I’ve been ringing for the past 3nights! Very disappointing
