I visited the other day to get my back to school hair cut. I made a simple request to take a small amount of hair off the top of my hair. The incompetent employee proceeded to hack away at my luscious hair with her rusty scissors. I now look like a headless chicken. Cleary the employees need to complete more than a 5 minute online test to become a hairdresser. Don't visit here!!!!!

I was on my way to see a client and realize that I need to clean around my ears and neck. My usual hairdresser was busy as usual, I though to try Cut Xpress. They was empty and no hairdressers in a salon. it was weird. I walk in, the lady was sitting behind the counter watching her phone. I asked about quick clean around my ears and back. She nod her head. Then she put gage on her clippers, but I said that I don't need anything to cut, just clean around ears and back. She took scissors and start to cut my side! I said again, but realize she might not understand English? So, she finished in literally 4 MINUTES and walk me to the counter and charge me $20! I asked why is that? She answered ,because she used scissors on me! I asked about manager and she said that she is a manager! And she there for 7 years and she know what she is doing! Well, I've got my lesson, the salon with cheap price and empty chairs on Friday morning is for reason!
