On the 3rd attempt at this store Tony the assistant fixed the problem within 30 seconds. 1st visit sold a really expensive modem despite advising the consultant the connectin was through a foxtel cable, 2nd visit advised it will definitely work & try doing these steps (he too was advised the connection was through a foxtel cable. 3rd attempt Tony advised us in 30 seconds that wont work as definitely NOT combatiable & money was refunded!! Emply staff taht know what they are selling & that listen to customers
