I bought a phone case that broke a few days later. I went overseas on a holiday after purchasing, and don’t live near the store. I went back in less than 2 months after the purchase and they refused to swap for a new one, fix or refund, citing that I 1/ must have my receipt. Which I have my bank statement proving the purchase and 2/ they only have 1 month warranty. (Not written anywhere.) I am a bulldog on a bone and will be taking it further!
