Beyond disappointing. Bunch of criminals ! Went in for broken screen, left with non-functioning Internet. Went back for Internet, left with a non-functioning phone. Never used the phone and it stayed at the shop most of the time - but was told too much time had elapsed (3 months) for them to fix it, even though it was under warranty. Then they said it wasn’t them and I had no proof. Customer service (oxymoron) referred me to the rude technician, Charlie, who couldn’t care less and said he has repaired many phones — so it couldn’t possibly be him. I gave up fighting. These types of people are the bottom of the barrel.
