Dreadful service I went to buy my sister a pair of silver earrings that were advertised for$49.90. When I went to pay for them the shop attendance, Angela, hesitated. At first she said she couldn’t find the code and asked if I could come back later. I said I couldn’t as I had plans to meet my sister. Turns out the earrings had the incorrect price and they should have me $79.90. I said as a customer I should only be charged the price that was on them, and it was a consumer right. Angela said that no longer e isted and that she would not sell me the earrings for the price tag on them. Appalling customer service and knowledge of consumer rights. She only had her face mask covering her mouth, not nose and mouth as we are required. Such poor service on so many levels.
